Reg I states "Player Agents shall not manage, coach or umpire in their respective divisions".

Our Board has a Head Player Agent who oversees the Player Agents for each division.
So AA, AAA, Majors, Juniors, and Seniors divisions all have their own Player Agent.

Does Regulation I, include the Head Player Agent in its restrictions or is it just referring to the individual Player Agents?

Wow, one for each Division, that's a lot of Player Agents!

So, does the "Head Player Agent" actually perform any Player Agent duties?
If not, the Regulation does not apply, despite the "Title", he/she is not an actual Player Agent.

Your BOD might consider changing his/her Title to PA Coordinator or PA Administrator or PA Advisor or maybe even something like Player Advocate.

Yeah, our Boad has over 20 members.
Most are PAs.
Thanks for the advise.
I'll bring it up to the Board.

I'm in a large LL.
My league has "Division Coordinators" that work very close with the Player Agent.
The DC is the liaison between managers/coaches and all parts of the league, from scheduling, uniforms, special events etc.
If there's something that the DC can't handle involving a player, he'll notify the PA.

As a former league President, the most important position is the PA.
I was lucky to have a great guy doing it.
He made my life so much easier.
