I see the Umpire Registry is now free, with some kind of “Bundle” of umpire stuff one can buy.
But it’s not clear where things like the electronic rule books or Rules Instruction Manual are anymore.
I’ve never had great luck navigating that site.
Anybody have any insight on these materials for 2018?

"Soon" according to LL might be 8 months...

They seem to always have problems releasing their e-book versions of the rules.
Past two years they've had issues.

The 'casebook' is on sale now at $0.99, but I don't see the rule book yet.

Casebook is an update of last year.
Haven’t worked through it all yet.
I believe they are incorrect on Softball illegal pitch.
It is a delayed dead ball with an award of a ball, OR the outcome of the play if the batter reaches first safely and all runners advance at least one base. In majors and below.

Funny how it's $0.99 on Amazon and $2.00 on the LL Store Website !!!

On Amazon the 2018 Electronic Rulebooks cost $4.99 each as compared to the $7.00 at the LL store for the hard-copy version.

From what I heard this morning, the RIM should be available soon, in a protected area for umpire registry members.
